  1. Ashford, Canterbury, Margate ORDNANCE SURVEY MAP Sheet III. Scale 1" to 1 mile. Dissected and mounted on linen, size 25" x 36", plus margins, folding into 8vo marbled endpapers. Delicate full wash colouring. Printed from an Electrotype 1876. £55.00

  2. Brasted ORDNANCE SURVEY MAP Sheet XXXIX.3. Scale 25" to 1 mile. Size 37" x 26". Roads, water features, buildings hand coloured. Covers the whole of Brasted, St. Martins Church, Court Lodge. Trace of central vertical fold, 3" tear in this fold neatly repaired on verso. Almost a quarter of the map is blank as outside the boundary. 1874. £26.00

  3. Chevening and Otford AN ACT to authorize the Sale of an Estate called Morrant's Court otherwise Madam's Court... late the property of John Fry... 22pp., small folio. Disbound. Act of Parliament. Includes 3p. Schedule of properties in the Manor of Morrant's Court, naming Occupiers. 1847. £10.00

  4. Dymchurch PARTICULARS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE of a Freehold Dwelling House and Ripe Building Land... situate at Dunkirk End... to be Sold by Auction... 15th August, 1904. 3pp., folio, folded with docket title. 1904. £12.00
    At the back of the dwelling house was a brick building 'formerly used as a Herring Hang'.


  5. East Wickham ORDNANCE SURVEY MAP Sheet II.15. Scale 25" to 1 mile, size 35" x 23" plus margins. Roads, water features, buildings, hand-coloured. Part of top edge with small nicks, traces of fold, 2" repaired tear at bottom margin. 1863. £25.00
    Covers Welling, East Wickham, Bell Grove, Williams Terrace.


  6. Erith & Wrotham PARTICULARS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE of a Very Valuable Freehold Estate called The Marsh Farm.... and a Public House called The Chequers or Halfway House, Situate on the Banks of the River Thames, at Erith.... and also of a Freehold Estate at Wrotham... with a residence called Ivy Hall.... For Sale by Auction.... 23rd September, 1847. Folio, 3pp, fine double-page lithographed plan by J. Cross & Son, Holborn, loosely inserted, hand-coloured in full wash colour showing the Thames, The Chequers building and adjacent fields, with table of reference. 1847. £28.00

  7. Forest Hill ORDNANCE SURVEY MAP Sheet VII.6. Scale 25" to 1 mile. Size 25" x 37". Water features, roads, buildings hand coloured. Small repaired tear in bottom margin. n.d. c1865. £20.00
    Extends from Willow Walk in the south to Tewkesbury Lodge in the north. About half the map is blank as it only covers the Kent part to the border.


  8. Lewisham ASSIGNMENT of the a house and a piece of land between the London-Lewisham Road and the Tunbridge-Dartford Railway, James Kent to William Giddins. Vellum, 22" x 28", 2 wax seals. Small coloured plan in margin. 1867. £12.00

  9. Orpington BILLHEAD of E. Yeates, Saddler and Harness Maker, High Street. Folio sheet, with attractive deep printed heading showing jockey, carthorses, light carriage, saddles and bridles, stirrups etc. Made out to Sir F. Evans for 17 items. A few small chips at edges. 1906. £6.00

  10. Rochester ORDNANCE SURVEY MAP Sheet 272. Scale 1" to 1 mile. Size 13" x 20", plus margins. Linen-backed and folding into 8vo boards with Stanford label. Printed from an Electrotype 1877. £20.00

  11. Rochester, Tunbridge ORDNANCE SURVEY MAP Sheet VI. Scale 1" to 1 mile, size 25" x 36", mounted on linen and folding into plain green 8vo wraps. Main roads, parkland, county boundaries hand-coloured. Electrotyped in 1864. £45.00
    Includes small areas of Surrey and Sussex.
